HILLS BY BERTA RIERA

Coastal landscapes and the silhouettes of the mountains contemplated from the sea are the key reference point that designer Berta Riera has drawn upon in the Hills collection. With a firm and sculptural line, she invites us to enjoy the charisma of these pieces, which she calls hills on the horizon that overlap, creating almost geometrical illusions.

These are truly unique pieces. Necklaces, rings, pendants and bracelets that stand out due to the architecture of their designs and their superlative dimensions. The curved lines interlink, creating imaginary hillocks as light as the air that flows through their contours.

Any dresses or simple blouses you wear this spring/summer will stand out even more when combined with these Hills pieces. Try them, and you’ll discover a before and after with this collection. The gold-plated satin matte finish has an avant-garde look capable of bringing an air of sophistication to any style. The silver satin matte finish is slightly more understated, but equally striking.

Enjoy their geometry in Joid’art stores and online at joidart.com.

This is jewellery designer Berta Riera’s first collaboration with Joid’art, and we hope there will be many more to follow. Berta studied art, design and jewellery at the Escola Massana Art and Design Centre in Barcelona and the École Boulle art school in Paris. She has worked in a number of jewellery workshops, combining this with developing her own brand, with which she has participated internationally in exhibitions and trade fairs. She has also created fashion accessories for brands such as Massimo Dutti, Mango, Carolina Herrera, Uterqüe, Desigual and Pepe Jeans.
